Sam Kostabi, MSAI
I run 3Dstudio.co, an architectural visualisation studio in Tallinn, Estonia, founded in 2013. Since then we have completed 1,247+ projects for architects, property developers and interior designers in 17 countries, including the UK, Norway and Finland. Recent work includes homes in London, cabins, houses and apartments in Norway, and houses in Finland.
Our work covers exterior and interior renderings, aerial views, 3D floor plans, animations and 360 tours. We build every scene in 3D from the architects’ drawings, agree camera, lens and light on a grey clay model first, then develop materials, lighting and people until the image reads as a real place.
