Katherine Dauncey, MSAI

Illustrator

For many years, I doodled on the back of envelopes, exam papers and napkins. In 2022, after many years of drawing being a passion of mine, I decided to leave my job in architecture and go freelance as a full-time architectural illustrator. I have subsequently had the pleasure of working with a range of nationally and internationally renowned architecture practices completing illustrations for early client presentations, bids, competitions, planning applications and marketing imagery. I have also collaborated with developer clients, interior designers, homebuilders and other design disciplines to produce accurate and compelling drawings to suit their individual needs.

By combining my architectural experience with a desire to produce beautiful imagery, I am also able to contribute to design discussions to create comprehensive and convincing compositions. I am agile and flexible in the way I work and am always open to creating different types of drawing to meet specific client needs.
